Grout machines are used for leveling concrete surfaces and covering the floor with topping mixes. In reality, the installation of any floor begins with a concrete screed, and the final result of finishing depends on its quality. It is often necessary to provide a perfectly flat surface, for example, for the installation of equipment. Alignment takes place in two stages. The first stage is rough grout, made with the help of grout discs. The second stage is the final alignment, for this purpose special grout blades are used.

Two-rotor grout machines are designed for surface treatment at large facilities, capable of performing significant amounts of work in a minimum time, without unnecessary human resource costs. The two-rotor machine is controlled by one operator, using control levers. The control system of the grout machine can be mechanical (Samsan RPT 361), or hydraulic (Samsan HPT 461). All two-rotor cars are self-propelled.

Single-rotor grout machines of the WPT series differ in the diameter of the treated surface. In addition to the usual floor treatment, they are perfect for working in hard-to-reach places, near walls, columns. These machines have a special rotary protective casing that allows you to drive the car smoothly along the wall, without fear of damaging its surface.
