The vibrating rack is used in the construction of concrete floors, allows you to level the concrete mixture, distribute it evenly and get a homogeneous concrete array. Currently, vibrators are used both in civil and industrial construction, since it is impossible to lay concrete manually with the same quality. The use of blades of different lengths significantly reduces time costs. When laying the coating using a vibrating screen, its quality and durability increases significantly.

The Samsan SFS 101 vibrating rack has an original ergonomic design. The peculiarity of the design lies in the high location of the engine. The vibrating rack is in constant contact with non-frozen concrete. This means that concrete will inevitably get on the engine body. Its timely purification is necessary. In our case, due to the high location of the engine, this problem is minimized. The engine practically does not get dirty. The Samsan rail uses a four-stroke Honda GX 35 engine. To control the engine gas, a lever is placed on the handle. For an easier cold start, the engine has a primer – a manual fuel pump. When starting the engine and during breaks in operation, it is convenient to use a special folding support. On which the vibrating rack is conveniently installed.

For processing surfaces of different sizes, Samsan offers blades from 1200 to 4300 mm in length. The right choice of blade will help to cope with any amount of work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
